A freelance architect since 1997, Diego Maglioni has always specialised in issues related to the residential sphere, primarily working for private clients.
After various experiences collaborating with other designers, in 2018 he founded the studio DIMAdesign. The studio adopts an integrated design perspective to comprehensively respond to its clients’ needs, from architectural and construction planning to the design study, to design of structural and lighting elements, energy and systems, and administrative procedures for building and planning permits.
Since the creation of DIMAdesign, its field of work has extended to commercial design and beyond the province of Turin, working throughout Italy and abroad.
In the implementation phase, the blueprints are followed step by step, with care given to on-site safety concerns as well. The studio offers constant support to its clients with regard to regulatory and tax aspects, and also provides consulting in the field of real estate and construction, thanks to its many years of experience working with joint-ownership administration and property management companies.
