Dr-Z Architects is available for new projects

Fernando de la Riva and Giulia Zappacosta are two young architects and partners who have worked together since 2015 under the name Studio Dr-Z Architects.

Although their work primarily focuses on residential architecture and hotels in the greater Rome area, the pair of architects are also willing to travel, even beyond the borders of Italy, which they see as a way to explore new worlds and broaden their professional horizons.

The studio's various projects include building offices, shops and schools, as well as the renovation of private buildings, holiday homes, hotels and bed and breakfasts, restaurants, tourism facilities and accommodations, and spas and wellness centres.

The architects’ work is marked by two key factors: simplicity and involvement.

Ferdinando de la Riva and Giulia Zappacosta will guide you throughout each phase of your project and are committed to taking care of all the key aspects of the work.

If you’re in doubt, the answer is simple: let yourself be guided by the two professionals’ savoir-faire, while expressing your own preferences in terms of style.

Dr-Z Architects' projects are the result of careful, purposeful study, but above all bringing together architectural expertise and the client's wishes in harmony.

The result? Innovative, high-quality spaces that are a perfect reflection of those who commissioned them.

You can count on Ferdinando de la Riva and Giulia Zappacosta for your projects. Make an appointment today to bring your ideas to life!
